All of our classes (except Taekwondo) are designed for every level. Whether it’s your very first time or you already have experience, you’ll always be guided in a way that feels right for you.
For Taekwondo, some prior experience is needed. If you’re unsure, just have a quick chat with Nuno before registering – he’ll be happy to advise you.

Our classes are taught in English.
But don’t worry – you’ll never be lost in translation! Nuno and Nina also speak Portuguese, French, German, Swiss German, Spanish, and even Italian. So if something isn’t clear in English, we’re always happy to explain and support you in the language that feels most comfortable.

We offer a range of cozy and beautiful spaces, so you can choose what feels best for you:
Private Room – your own peaceful retreat to rest and recharge
Double Room – share the experience with one other participant
Bungalow (only at Monte Orada) – a charming space for up to 3 people, complete with a stunning outdoor bathroom surrounded by nature
Dormitory – a warm and communal atmosphere, perfect for connecting with others
If you’re joining us on your own, that’s absolutely fine – you can still book a bed in a double room or bungalow, and we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another participant.

Your retreat experience is designed to nourish both body and mind:
Accommodation – a cozy and peaceful space to rest, relax, and recharge
Meals – 2 or 3 wholesome and delicious meals each day, thoughtfully prepared to delight your senses
Classes – 3 inspiring sessions daily to move, stretch, and connect with yourself
