The peaceful warrior retreats are mindful movement retreats held in Portugal — a few days of slowing down, going inward, and reconnecting with yourself. Not a spa weekend. Not a fitness camp. Something quieter and more lasting than either.
This retreat is for the curious, the tired, the seekers, and the ones who simply felt like it was time. No particular starting point required.
The Rythm
Mornings are silent and sacred — meditation, breathwork, and qigong, often as a walking meditation through the forest. A movement class follows: vinyasa yoga, tai chi, or taekwondo, challenging the body with intention and care.
Afternoons are entirely yours. Rest, hike, surf, read, stare at the Atlantic for longer than is socially acceptable anywhere else. There is no right answer.
Evenings bring everyone back together — a soft practice, then dinner, then the kind of conversation that only happens when people have spent a day actually living.
The Disciplines
Every retreat weaves together four practices — yoga, tai chi, qigong, and taekwondo — each chosen for what it uniquely opens in the body and mind.
Mornings begin together with meditation, qigong, and pranayama. From there, the day becomes your own: vinyasa yoga and taekwondo run in parallel, and you choose what calls you. Evenings wind down with yin yoga and tai chi. No class is mandatory — you build the practice that feels right, day by day.
One note on taekwondo: some prior experience is needed to join those sessions. Everything else welcomes you exactly as you are.
The People
Ages 22 to 65. From Europe, the US, and beyond. Beginners and seasoned practitioners. People who come alone and leave with friends. What everyone shares: the feeling that there is something worth returning to — in themselves, in their bodies, in the simple act of being alive without rushing.

Nina Dâmaso
Nina discovered yoga when she was 18. After finishing her business studies, she traveled in South-East Asia for several months, where she discovered new styles, had the opportunity to practice with different international teachers and deepened her own practice.
After her return, her path led her to Zurich and she completed her 200h Vinyasa YTT at YogaUnion in Bali and 50h Yin YTT with Yoga Vida in 2020. She has a strong focus on alignment and on the connection of the breath with movement.
Her vinyasa flow classes are slow-paced but challenging and yet grounding, to allow you to go deeper and find a stronger connection with yourself.
