Spring Retreat at Valle Maggia, Switzerland
Spring Retreat
The Spring Retreat in Switzerland is our new format. We wanted to offer another retreat in a beautiful natural setting, but this time more accessible, just a train ride away, over a holiday weekend. For this, we chose one of our favorite spots in Switzerland: Valle Maggia.
The retreat takes place a few meters from the Maggia river, with its beautiful stone formations and pristine blue water. For walkers, there are plenty of beautiful hikes nearby to get lost in during the afternoon.
The format stays the same: every day, we practice mindful movement. Qigong and meditation to start the day, followed by Vinyasa Yoga or Taekwondo. In the evening, we close the day with a softer practice — Tai Chi or Qigong.
Five days to step away from the routine, immerse yourself in nature, and reconnect with yourself.
Intentional Structure
We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect, so the experience feels both focused and fluid
Collaborative Energy
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
Expert Facilitation
Led by experienced facilitators who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
A Supportive Space
Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect, so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
Accomodation
Casa Prana offers six rooms across three floors, each with its own ensuite bathroom, cozy doubles for two, and larger suites that sleep up to four. Every room is different, but they all share the same simple, natural charm.
Casa Prana
Casa Prana is a lovingly restored guesthouse tucked into the Ticino countryside, in the small village of Tegna.
Six rooms, a garden with an outdoor yoga shala, and a cozy indoor space for when the weather turns, everything held together with warmth and care. It's the beautiful setting for an intimate retreat, the kind of place that feels like home the moment you arrive.
The Food
Mornings end with a generous vegetarian brunch, shared together after practice. In the evening, we sit down for vegetarian dinner, all together.
Time in Nature
Afternoons are free, walk along the Maggia river, swim in its pools, discover it’s waterfalls or get lost in the trails through the mountains around. Some days you'll want to move, others you'll just want to read in the garden. And if you're craving a change of scene, Locarno and Ascona are both close by.
Day OneArrive & Meet
As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.

Afternoon
Afternoon are yours, entirely. The silence lifts at brunch, and from there the day opens wide. Rest, explore, adventure, or do nothing at all.
A soft practice of Yin Yoga or Tai Chi to close the day, followed by dinner together. The long kind, with good conversation for those who want it.
Evening
No class is mandatory. You follow what calls you, each day.
Day FiveLook Forward & Wrap Up
We explore the possibilities beyond this moment, making space for growth, action, and forward momentum. As we end our time together, we honor the experience, the growth, and the connections made along the way.
